AM Design Group is seeking a Junior–Mid Level Architect to support and contribute to architectural projects across hospitality, private club, and lifestyle environments. This role is ideal for a technically strong architect with experience in project coordination, design development, and documentation, who is ready to take on increased responsibility within a collaborative studio setting.
The position works with moderate supervision and plays an important role in coordinating consultants, supporting client communication, and helping ensure the successful execution of projects from design through construction.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to design development and construction documentation across multiple project types
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal project teams
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and specifications
• Assist with construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations
• Support project managers in maintaining schedules, budgets, and design intent
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as appropriate
• Apply knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methods
• Ensure quality control and adherence to firm standards
Qualifications
• Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch)
• 5–8 years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Licensure preferred but not required
• Strong experience in design development and construction documents
• Working knowledge of construction administration processes
• Familiarity with building codes, detailing, and building systems
• Ability to work independently with periodic supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Ability to coordinate consultant drawings and integrate into project sets
• Understanding of BIM workflows and documentation standards

This full-time, on-site position in Naples, Florida is ideal for a motivated design professional who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and is eager to contribute to projects from concept through installation.
This role plays an important part in assisting senior designers with design development, material selections, documentation, and coordination to help ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior designers in developing design concepts, space planning, and finish palettes
• Prepare client presentations, mood boards, and visual materials that clearly communicate design intent
• Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, fabrics, and accessories aligned with project vision and budget
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate ordering and timely delivery of materials
• Conduct site visits to verify field conditions and support installations
• Support production of drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Track materials, selections, and project updates to maintain organization and efficiency
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain design intent throughout documentation and construction

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
