Full Job Description

We're in search of a creative and motivated architect to oversee projects from the initial client briefing to the final construction phases. The role involves handling client relationships, crafting and presenting design proposals, creating drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents, as well as managing project teams. Ownership of projects, whether it's a new building, an extension, alterations, or a restoration project, is key. The goal is to meet and exceed client requirements and expectations throughout the design and construction process.

Architect Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
Developing and presenting project proposals.
Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Complying with local code and planning regulations.
Determining and adhering to project timelines.
Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Architect Requirements:

Degree in architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience working as an Architect.
State of Florida Architectural experience preferred.
Professional Architectural license preferred but not required.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as Revit, ACAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Florida or IBC building codes and regulatory standards.
Strong creative and visualization skills.

Interior Design Associate Position

Full Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Naples, FL. As an Interior Design Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting senior designers with developing design concepts, selecting furniture and accessories, and creating design presentations for clients. You will also be responsible for communicating with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials and confirm proper installation of design elements.

Interior Design Associate Responsibilities:

Assist senior designers in developing design concepts, selecting furniture, and choosing accessories.
Create design presentations for clients, effectively communicating and visualizing proposed concepts.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
Conduct on-site visits to assess and measure spaces, ensuring accurate project documentation.
Source and research materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with the design vision and budget constraints.
Utilize design software and tools for drafting, rendering, and visual presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging design technologies.
Take responsibility for various tasks that contribute to the seamless execution of interior design projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field preferred.
1-2 years professional experience in residential or commercial design preferred.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail and a passion for design.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
